Online Classes & Workshops
- No refunds are provided once access to online classes, recordings, or workshops has been shared.
- This is because digital content and session slots cannot be reversed.
Private One-on-One Sessions
- Sessions can be rescheduled if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance
- Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable
Exceptional Situations
In rare cases, refunds may be considered at our discretion and, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
